Basic rates

Regular care of your household by 1 housekeeper	235 CZK incl. VAT/ hour (approx. 9.5 EUR)
Special “7 and more” price	185 CZK incl. VAT/ hour (approx. 7.5 EUR)
A one-off general cleaning of your household by a team of housekeeper	235 CZK - 260 CZK incl. VAT/ hour per 1 housekeeper

Additional Information

Regular Care	Regular care means a service at least 1x per 14 days.
General Care	If general cleaning is followed by regular cleaning, we charge a special price of 235 CZK incl. VAT / hour. If it is a one-off service, not followed by regular care, we charge 235 CZK - 260 CZK incl. VAT / hour.
Discounts	We charge a bargain rate to our regular clients – “7 and more”: every seventh and further hour(s) of work performed by our housekeeper per one working day is charged using the bargain rate. This does not apply to one-off care. Other quantity discounts are calculated individually.
Travelling Time	If our housekeepers travel to customers outside Brno we charge travelling time.
Cleaning Equipment and Supplies	Regular cleaning: all cleaning supplies are possessed by customers and kept in their households. The price for cleaning supplies we deliver is added to invoices. General care: all cleaning supplies are delivered by the LadyHelp agency and their consumption is not charged except for excessively consumed cleaning supplies and special items (special cleaners, impregnating agents, polishes, etc.)
Minimum length of Services	The minimum length of any service is 4 hours.
Prices	We apply contractual prices, and the prices specified in a contract / order are binding.
Advance Payments	New clients are requested to pay in advance.
Arbitration Clause	The arbitration clause is an integral part of a contract for work / order.
